GUEST POLICIES AT BOLD NORTH CELLARS

At Bold North Cellars (Carlos Creek Winery, 22 Northmen Brewing Co, The Grand Hall, Stoke Pizza Kitchen, and Sizzle Food Truck), we pride ourselves on providing a great experience for ALL our guests. we ask that you understand and respect our policies.  The more you can respect these wishes, the less our staff has to intervene and the better enjoyment for all guests during your visit.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

If you have children with you during your visit, they must be closely supervised, disciplined, and we ask you to consider the length of time of your visit.  Please remember our buildings and grounds are NOT play areas for young children.  Our primary focus is providing a great wine and beer tasting experience for guests 21 and older and while we do our best to accommodate families, please keep in mind the primary nature of our business is a winery, brewery and event center.  Please be prepared to enforce the following appropriate behaviors with your children:

  • Children must never stand or sit at any of our bars, even in the presence of an adult.

  • Do not place babies on our bars.

  • Children should not run around inside, climb on furniture or railings.

  • Please clean up after your children – especially if you are bringing and feeding young children snacks.

  • Please consider making arrangements to keep children at home and/or keep visits with children brief.

The Bredeson Family, our staff and other visiting guests appreciate your understanding and cooperation in contributing to an enjoyable experience for all.

DOG POLICY

Dogs are not allowed in any of our buildings but are welcome outdoors. Dogs must be leashed at all time. Please clean up after messes. We highly discourage leaving your pets in your cars, we have virtually no shaded parking spots and parking on our grass is strictly prohibited. To be considerate to other visiting guests, we do have a no bark policy. If your dog will not do well in this situation, please keep them at home.  Thank you!

There is absolutely no parking on the grass at any time. We work hard to keep our property looking nice. Please be kind and considerate to our grounds crew by parking in designated areas only.

  • Guests visiting the winery or brewery should park in our new South lot.

  • Guests arriving for weddings or events should park in the white fenced parking lots on the far north of our property.
